We have successfully completed the installation of an AOPACK BM2800-Max box maker at a customer’s production facility in Switzerland. The project included site preparation checks, machine commissioning, technical adjustments and comprehensive operator training.
On the first day, our technician inspected the designated installation area and verified that the electrical and compressed-air connections were correctly prepared and ready for use. The box maker arrived at the production facility the following day and was moved into its final operating position. After the machine had been correctly installed, an initial inspection and calibration of the cutting knives were carried out. Operator training began on the third day. The technician introduced the machine’s individual functions, explained its correct operation and provided instructions on regular maintenance. The programme also included the first trial production based on an actual customer order. On the fourth day, the gluing unit was tested and another production job was launched, allowing the machine settings and performance to be verified under real operating conditions. On the final day, the machine’s control system was reinstalled in German. The remaining functions were fine-tuned, followed by a practical demonstration of the complete maintenance procedure.
After all installation and training activities had been completed, the AOPACK BM2800-Max was handed over to the customer fully prepared for the daily production of customized corrugated packaging.
